SenSura® Click Standard Wear Barrier has a double-layer adhesive technology that allows for a flexible skin barrier. The unique formula protects peristomal skin during the entire wearing time. The flexible and secure adhesion reduces the chance of leakage, to deliver security day or night. The protection layer is a strong adhesive material that maintains the seal between adhesive and stoma, which protects the skin from stoma effluent. The skin care layer is designed to keep the skin under the stoma healthy by absorbing excess moisture. This layer prevents maceration of the skin around the stoma and ensures consistent adhesion. To optimize the wear time, warm the adhesive between your hands before applying.
SenSura® Click Standard Wear Barrier has a double-layer technology comprising a darker skin-friendly contact layer and a lighter strong protection layer.
The strong protection layer protects the skin from leakage and prevents the adhesive from eroding away from contact with stoma output.
The layer in contact with the skin absorbs sweat and moisture. This helps to keep the skin dry and healthy, and reduces the risk of skin irritation.
Flex patterns make the adhesive more flexible, thus giving greater wearing comfort as the barrier conforms to your body.
The adhesive has a good tack and strong adhesion to the skin, providing security and confidence.
